With a recording studio based at the BRA offices in Tennant Creek and supersoundman Jeff's mobile recording unit, musicians from around the Barkly are able to follow the whole creative process from writing a song to producing an album. Mixing is done by both Jeff and Zaddock Johnson and mastering, when required, is in the capable hands of Matt Cunliffe.
The dedicated team at Winanjjikari Music Centre have set up a podcast to promote the talents of musicians in the region. It gives listeners an idea of the different cultures that are found within the area and the unique sounds that can be heard.
Now Aboriginal songs, both traditional and modern, can be shared with the rest of the world at the click of a mouse.
