Performance plays an important role for the wellbeing of remote communities of the Barkly, with Barkly Regional Arts, the Song Room, Beyond Empathy and atyp (Australian Theatre for Young People) joining forces to produce and showcase performances to the community at large.
Throughout 2010 there will be regular youth performances at events like Youth Week and Desert Harmony Festival, and a Youth Theatre. |
